Packaging

We strongly believe in the mantra “reduce, reuse, recyle.” We purchase only recycled products for our packaging material. Our packaging paper is post consumer product and we collect tons of magazines, catalogs and junk paper to shred to protect our shipments. If we receive shipments from suppliers or third party organizations that contain packaging peanuts, we will reuse that material in our shipments so that we are not simply discarding it.

Shipping

Orders for in stock goods received by 2:00 p.m. EST will usually be shipped that day.

All shipments have a tracking number that is included in the confirmation email sent to you for your convenience. Click on the carrier links below and enter your tracking number to track your package.

Shipping Carriers

Carriers include FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard order shipment is via UPS Ground. Standard delivery packages should reach your destination within 5 to 7 business days after your order has been processed. Express service 2 day delivery is available as well as OverNite for next day delivery. You must choose USPS Priority Mail for the following ship-to addresses:
  • PO Box
  • APO/FPO (military)
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
  • All International Shipments
For US military addresses:
  • Select USPS Priority Mail with APO or FPO as the city and AA, AE, or AP as the state.
  • Your military address should follow the established format (e.g., CMR 123 Box 456).
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and other countries incur additional charges.

For shipments to all countries, including Canada, the recipient will be responsible for import duties, taxes, and associated handling charges.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) International Priority Mail. USPS International Priority Mail general takes 2-5 business days, plus customs clearance to reach its destination. Package recipients will be responsible for import duties, taxes, and associated handling charges.
